Unique location on Margate Main Beach, overlooking children's paddling pool and amphitheater. You can take long walks on a well lit up beach at night and soak up the carnival atmosphere of Margate. Seabrook is the landmark which appears on all aerial photos of Margate Beach. Spectacular views of the Golden Mile from most of the apartments. Enjoy a bird's eye view of the dolphins, whales, sardines and myriads of birds. (seasonal). Watch the shark nets being inspected. Life savers are on duty all day ensuring the safety of the swimmers.

Walk to Margate Cinema, Games Arcade, Municipal Swimming Pool, Fun Fair, Superslide (in season). Take your chair down to the Music Festivals or simply enjoy it from your lounge. Support the informal traders who sell their wares on the side walks. Large well stocked supermarket, all major banks, post office, bottle store on your doorstep. Walk to a wide selection of restaurants and night clubs.

Short drive to various well-known golf courses and bowling greens. Scenic flights, helicopter rides and skydiving on offer from Margate Airport (four kms away). Whale watching, surfing, fishing and diving activities from Shelly Beach harbour (six kms away).  

Transport to us:  
Fly to King Shaka Airport (2 hours drive to Margate) via hired car or Margate Mini Coach. Intercity Express stops at Margate Mini Coach stop about 500 metres south of Seabrook. Buses and coaches also pick up at Durban Bus Terminal and Station, if you come by train.

Drive down to Margate in your private vehicle and park in safety within enclosed shaded parking area. One parking bay per flat. If you have second car, written permission and confirmation of payment must be received from management at Seabrook at R50 per bay per day. (depends on availability).  

Accommodation:
Breathtaking views of Margate Beach from our choice of one, two, three and four bedroomed apartments. Well priced, economical family accommodation provided. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms with bath and/or showers. Eleven channel television. You may bring your own DVD player for your children's entertainment in bad weather. Safe parking area and walk ways (CCTV cameras) to all four exits/entrances. Reservation office on ground floor opposite communal token operated Laundromat. Basic Daily service Monday to Friday (excludes bed making and dishes). Communal braai area on third floor. Fresh bed linen every seven days. Bring own towels and dishcloths. Information booklet in each apartment regarding local places of interest and tourist venues to visit. Comprehensive phone list of all major hospitals, shops, cinemas, restaurants, etc.

They are graded according to full seaview and patio or full seaview and no patio. “ Side view but no patio” and “no seaview but patio” can be pet-friendly out of season. Note: Only well-trained lap dogs. Please note number of beds in each apartment.

Rules and Regulations:
No pets allowed, unless by prior approval of Management. Consideration for others comfort especially after 10.pm A non-refundable administration fee of R300 payable with every booking. All weekend bookings must be fully paid in advance. Children of all ages welcome, but care must be taken to accompany them on the lifts and especially to the beach and amusement parks. Camp cot available by prior arrangement at nominal fee.

 Cancellation Policy:
Must be made one full calendar month prior to arrival, otherwise deposit will be forfeited and you will be responsible for full payment of account due. Potential forfeited deposit cannot be transferred to another time, unless a suitable candidate has been found for the full cancelled period.
