Baven Brook Cottage: Situated on border of Margate/Ramsgate in Azalea Road, Ramsgate. Ground floor free standing cottage set in lush tropical garden.

Car entrance (remote controlled) shared with main residence and parking in allocated place for one car. A short path leads to the enclosed and gated garden of Baven Brook Cottage. Open plan lounge with bunk bed suitable for children, cane lounge furniture, television (SABC 1, 2, 3, E) and DVD player. Two plate stove with small oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. Main bedroom has double bed and en-suite bathroom (shower, basin, toilet) which serves the family as well.

Outdoor portable braai and umbrella. Resident maid on site. Daily service, laundry etc. can be arranged with her at a fee. Wheelchair friendly, so elderly people are very welcome. Pet friendly for 2 small dogs maximum as the owner has dogs. No cats nor birds, unless the birds are kept in cages. Bring own bedding, bowls, poop-scoop etc for your doggies. We do not encourage pets to sleep on the furniture please. Nearest beach is 400m away and Margate Main Beach is 1.3 km. Ramsgate Spar and Pick and Pay is 1 km from Baven Brook.

Daily tariff seasonal and on request. Admin Fee of R300 and refundable breakage deposit of R300 per booking.
